We Help You Build What Athletes Need — Now and for the Future.

Raising Champions: One athlete, one facility at a time.

At Sports Training & Facility Partners (STFP), we believe every athletic program deserves the resources to help athletes grow—from first drills to final championship games. Whether it’s raising capital for stadiums and gyms, or organizing training clinics and player development programs, STFP is your all-in-one partner in sports advancement.

We specialize in fundraising for schools and nonprofits looking to upgrade their athletic facilities, and now also offer hands-on support for coaches, clinics, camps, and athlete training programs. By combining deep expertise in sports infrastructure with real-time programming for athletes, we help communities thrive, on and off the field.

We’re Different Because We Understand Sports from Every Angle

Think of us as your strategic and on-the-ground partner. Whether you’re dreaming of a brand-new gym, planning a youth skills clinic, or launching seasonal programming, we help you move from idea to implementation.

Collaborative, organized, and hands-on: that’s how we work. We know the buzz of game day and the details that make a program run behind the scenes. Whether we’re fundraising for scoreboards or coordinating the schedule for a clinic, we bring the same energy and professionalism to every project.

We speak your language because we’ve been the coach, the booster president, the player, and the parent. And we know what it takes to get things done.
